Refund Policy

Terms for refunding services and handling claims at SIA FinMV.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the procedure for handling claims and refunding payments for services provided by SIA FinMV (Reg. No. 40203378371).

1. Claim Submission Period. The User must submit any claim related to the provided services no later than one (1) calendar month from the date the relevant service was rendered.

2. Form and Content of the Claim. Claims must be sent in writing to info@finmv.com and must include:

  • the name of the service and the date it was provided;
  • a description of the basis for the claim and the User’s request;
  • User’s contact details for response.

3. Claim Review. SIA FinMV will review the claim within no more than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The outcome of the review will be communicated to the User by email.

4. Grounds for Denial. A refund or other relief may be denied if:

  • the claim was submitted late;
  • the service was provided fully and in proper quality;
  • the claim lacks sufficient grounds or evidence;
  • other grounds are provided in the individual agreement.

5. Refund Procedure. If the claim is upheld, refunds will be made to the User’s provided details within 10 business days from the date of decision.

6. Individual Agreements. The provisions of individual agreements between SIA FinMV and the User shall prevail regarding refund procedures and dispute resolution.

7. Applicable Law. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
