Two-thirds of Fintech companies in Colombia use Artificial Intelligence (AI), according to the seventh edition of the Finnovista Fintech Radar report on the country's financial technology startup ecosystem. The study reveals that these companies utilize AI mainly for decision-making optimization (68.3%) and process automation (65.9%). Additionally, nearly half employ AI to enhance customer service (51.2%), financial analysis (50.4%), and fraud prevention (43.9%).1
